Outcome profile
Back-2-Bells
What the values mean
- Strength — how much force you can produce to overcome resistance.
- Power — explosive force: moving with speed and intent (jumps, swings).
- Endurance — sustaining effort over time: cardio and stamina.
- Muscle — building visible, strong muscle.
- Mobility — moving freely and with control through a full range of motion.
Back-2-Bells +
Our kettlebell system. You'll learn to move the bell with your whole body — building real-world strength, explosive power and coordination. Structured progression from the swing through clean, press and snatch, with beginner, intermediate and advanced tracks. Technique always comes before load.
LGF Strength +
Our muscle-building class (“Let's Get Functional”). Structured push/pull/core resistance training with progressive overload and controlled tempo — for strong muscle, better posture and a more athletic physique. It's not about the heaviest weight; it's about training with intent for lasting results.
LGF Conditioning +
High-energy, team-based conditioning — cardio machines, functional movements and core work in short intervals. No running, all levels welcome. It builds fitness and endurance while being genuinely fun. You leave energised, not wrecked.
HYBRID Training +
Our flagship performance class. Running combined with functional strength endurance and erg work, structured around pacing and fatigue resistance — built to prepare you for hybrid races and endurance events. Train to perform, not just to sweat.
Run Collective +
Running outdoors, together. Coaching on technique, cadence, breathing and pacing makes you a more efficient runner and improves your aerobic capacity. It improves your running form and feeds directly into HYBRID. Run better, not just more.
SHAPE +
Controlled strength and sculpting. Slow, precise resistance training with time-under-tension, unilateral work and a dedicated toned-arms finisher — for muscle definition, better posture and body control. Sculpt through control, not chaos. Open to all, and especially popular with women.
Core & Movement Essentials +
Our movement-quality foundation. Core stability, mobility, balance and coordination so you move better and stay resilient — the base that makes every other class, and everyday life, work better. Move better, feel better.

Group training FAQs
Which class should I take to prepare for a hybrid race or a running event?
HYBRID is built specifically for this. Every session combines running with functional strength work — wall balls, farmer carries, erg intervals — structured around pacing strategy and fatigue resistance. Run Collective complements it with dedicated running technique and aerobic development sessions. Together they cover everything you need for hybrid racing or a running race.
I'm new to group fitness — which class do you recommend starting with?
Back-2-Bells Beginner, Core & Movement Essentials, and SHAPE are all designed with beginners in mind — they prioritise movement quality and technique before intensity. That said, most of our classes are open to all levels and include modifications. Every session is coached, so you'll receive individual attention from the start, not just instructions shouted at a group.
Which class is best for building muscle and improving my body composition?
LGF Strength is STRONGFIT's dedicated muscle-building class. It's built on hypertrophy principles — progressive overload, controlled tempo, and mind-muscle connection — with a structured push/pull/core format every session. The goal isn't lifting the heaviest weight possible; it's creating consistent muscular tension over time and actually understanding how to train for results.
What actually happens in a kettlebell class — and do I need experience?
Back-2-Bells is a skill-based training system, not just a workout. You progress through fundamental kettlebell patterns — swing, clean, press, snatch — with full coaching on technique, timing, and force production. There's a dedicated beginner track, so no prior experience is needed. If you're looking for a kettlebell class in Munich that takes the skill side seriously, this is it.
Is there a class focused on toning and sculpting — particularly for women?
SHAPE is exactly that. It uses slow, controlled resistance training with time under tension, unilateral movements, and a dedicated toned-arms component — all designed to develop a lean, strong physique without heavy lifting or high-impact cardio. The focus is postural alignment, muscle definition, and movement awareness. It's open to all levels and particularly well-suited for women looking for an intelligent alternative to generic circuits.
What's the difference between HYBRID and LGF Conditioning — they both sound like cardio?
They're built around very different goals. LGF Conditioning is experience-driven: high-energy stations, a strong community atmosphere, no running, and accessible for all fitness levels. HYBRID is performance-driven: running is in every session, and the training is structured around pacing strategy, fatigue resistance, and preparation for hybrid racing and endurance events. If you want a fun, energising workout — Conditioning. If you want to compete or perform — HYBRID.
Do I need to reach a certain fitness level before I can join a group class?
No. Most STRONGFIT classes are open to all fitness levels, and every format includes modifications so you train at your own level without holding others back. Our coaches give every participant individual coaching during each session — you won't be left to figure it out alone. If you're unsure where to start, Core & Movement Essentials is the ideal entry point for building a solid foundation.
