How often should I train with a personal trainer to see results?
For most people, two to three sessions per week is the sweet spot — enough stimulus to adapt and progress, with adequate recovery between sessions. That said, one well-structured session per week still moves the needle, especially if you're also training independently in between. What matters more than frequency is consistency and quality. Our trainers help you design a realistic schedule that fits your life, not an ideal one that falls apart after three weeks.
Is personal training realistic if I work full-time or have a demanding schedule?
Yes — and it's often the people with demanding schedules who benefit most. When your time is limited, you can't afford to waste it on training that doesn't work. Personal training removes the guesswork: every session is planned, every minute is used. STRONGFIT is based in Pasing, which makes early mornings, lunch slots, and evening sessions genuinely accessible without the commute into the city centre eating into your day. We'll find a rhythm that works around your calendar.
What is the difference between training at STRONGFIT and a regular gym?
At a regular gym, you get access to equipment. At STRONGFIT, you get a trainer who knows your name, your history, your limitations, and your goals — and who holds you accountable. Sessions are planned for you specifically, progress is tracked, and if something is not working, we adjust. That level of attention is simply not possible in a large facility where trainers manage 30 clients across six floors. We are a boutique gym in Pasing — smaller, more focused, and built around the people who train here.
How quickly will I see results from personal training?
Most clients notice meaningful changes within four to eight weeks — improved energy, better movement quality, and early signs of physical change. More visible results in body composition, strength, or performance typically emerge between eight and twelve weeks of consistent training. Timelines vary with your starting point, consistency, recovery, and life outside the gym. What personal training does is compress that timeline by eliminating wasted effort and keeping you on the right path even when motivation fluctuates.
Can I start personal training if I've never trained seriously before?
Absolutely — and in many ways, starting with a trainer is the best possible entry point. You won't develop bad habits, reinforce poor movement patterns, or waste months doing things that don't work. Our trainers are experienced at meeting people where they are. The free fitness assessment is designed for exactly this: a complete picture of your current fitness, movement quality, and goals before we build anything. You don't need to prepare or have any prior gym experience — you just need to show up.
What happens during the free fitness assessment?
The free fitness assessment — our Gratis-Analyse — is a structured, no-pressure conversation and movement evaluation with one of our trainers. It takes around 45 to 60 minutes and covers three areas: where you are now, where you want to get to, and what is standing in the way. We look at your movement quality and current fitness, discuss your goals, lifestyle, and relevant history, and give you an honest picture of a realistic training plan. There is no obligation at the end — if we are the right fit, we talk through the options; if not, we tell you that too.
