A STRONGFIT package is more than a block of sessions. It includes a structured programme designed around your goals, ongoing progress tracking, adjustments as you develop, and a trainer who stays briefed on where you are between sessions. Before your first session, you'll go through a fitness assessment that establishes your baseline — movement quality, fitness level, injury history, and objectives. Everything from that point is built on what we learn about you; you're not dropped into an off-the-shelf plan.
