Training at STRONGFIT Gym offers a unique experience, as a new comer we will make sure that your baseline for exercising is well grounded with our onboarding training program. For the experienced gym athlete you will find that our gym will meet your standards and furthermore challenge you to develop a better version of yourself.
Working with many different types of people and bodies types over the years I have developed a method behind STRONGFIT Gym to create a stronger more fit version of yourself focusing on 4 pilllars of exercise i.e. strength, aerobic capactity, felxibility and body composition.
We are very excited to be a part of this growing sport, HYROX is the fitness race for everyone! The road to HYROX should be well planned so that whether your preparation time is 2 – 6 months you’ll be kept in good physical condition and at peak perfomance for the event.
