Whether you’re training for HYROX, recovering from injury, or starting from scratch, this relaxed call helps your trainer understand exactly what you need — and helps you feel confident you’re in the right hands. No commitment, no pressure, just a conversation about where you want to go.

Every effective training program starts with knowing where you stand. Before your first session, you’ll complete a digital fitness questionnaire and PAR-Q health screening form so your trainer has a complete picture of your training history, lifestyle, and any health considerations. This step ensures your program is built around you — your strengths, your limitations, and your goals — so every session counts from day one.

This is where the real work begins. Based on your consultation and assessment, your Personal Trainer designs a fully customised training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and fitness level. During your sessions at STRONGFIT Gym, your Personal Trainer coaches you and keeps you accountable. This is your program, built for your body and your ambitions.

Progress isn’t just about showing up — it’s about moving forward. Through regular check-ins, your trainer reviews your performance, tracks key benchmarks, and adjusts your program as you improve to stimulate the correct adaptations. These structured progress reviews keep your training on course, help identify what’s working, and ensure you keep breaking through plateaus. This is the difference between doing random exercises and actually training with structure and purpose.
